Little things killed it, like serving a roast beef sandwich on a round bun, and giving you a round cup to dip in, or complaining about a terrible appetizer (don't get the artichoke dip) you only took one bite of, but the server doesn't offer to take it off or get the manager, or the complete lack of drink refills.October 28, 2016
